UC Irvine's Internal Medicine Interest Group (IMIG)

Welcome to UCIrvineIMIG.org! UCI's Internal Medicine Interest Group (IMIG) is a student-run organization dedicated to helping medical students explore the field of internal medicine (IM). We offer resources and information to students interested in IM, and provide a forum for which students can network with other students, mentors, and potential employers and co-workers.

Hello UCI SOM! As I'm sure you've noticed, because of the onslaught of IMIG e-mails, IMIG is working hard toward growing our organization, and our efforts are beginning to pay off! Event attendances are climbing and interest is growing in our programs.

Because of the growth we're experiencing we'd like to reward those students who are intensely interested in IM as a career choice who also support IMIG by providing them with priority registration to limited-attendance events, such as the upcoming Medical Simulation Lab on January 19th. In addition to priority attendance, we are actively working toward coming up with additional benefits.
